Bespoke therapy means the work does not have to fit into one standard format. Depending on your needs, goals, location, and what is clinically appropriate, Mahtani Therapy offers several ways to work together — from virtual and nature-based therapy to in-home, family, professional, and forensic services.

Family Therapy is available virtually and, when appropriate, through select in-home sessions. The work focuses on family dynamics, relationships, communication, conflict, parenting, boundaries, and recurring patterns that affect the family as a whole. I draw from family systems perspectives, including Bowen Family Systems Theory, to help clients better understand how individual behavior, emotional patterns, roles, and relationships influence one another across the family system. Insurance may be accepted for virtual family therapy depending on the plan. In-home family therapy is private pay only. Private-pay rates for 60-minute sessions are $200 virtually and $250 in person.

Coaching is available virtually or in person based on your preferences, goals, and the type of support you’re looking for. In-person coaching is available selectively in Jupiter, Juno Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, and North Palm Beach. Coaching is not psychotherapy and is not billed to insurance. Private-pay rates for 60-minute sessions are $200 virtually and $250 in person.
